1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 163,650,983 as well as KRW 77,145,982 from July 21, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff”, “debtor”, or “debtor A” as “Defendant A Stock Company.” Meanwhile, payment order was finalized between “debtor B” and “debtor B.” (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
