A. The plaintiff is a male born on the D date, who had his place of business on April 10, 200 and operated F’s mutual fiber manufacturers with his place of business on April 10, 200.

Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant travel agent”) is a company whose purpose is overseas travel agency business, etc., and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant insurance company”) is an insurance company, etc. that can be run under the Insurance Business Act and relevant Acts and subordinate statutes.

B. On April 19, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a travel contract and insurance contract (hereinafter “instant travel contract”) with Defendant C, the travel period from April 19, 2013 to April 23, 2013, 300, 2000 won, including three-five days from April 19, 2013 to April 23, 2013, cocks and Pacifics to travel, and travel fees, including return air charges, hotel accommodation and meal expenses during the pertinent period, and the fee for the fee for the fee for the so-called “instant travel” (hereinafter referred to as “instant travel contract”).
