1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 128,161,88 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 4, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

On November 25, 2014, the Incheon District Court issued a seizure and collection order as to KRW 128,161,88 of the goods payment claim against the Defendant of the Co., Ltd. as the executive title of the payment order finalized against B upon the Plaintiff’s request (Yancheon District Court 2014Da25996), and the said order became final and conclusive on December 29, 2014.
(2014. Accordingly, the defendant is obliged to pay the amount claimed under the above collection order and the delay damages to the plaintiff.
