1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 2,029,639,340 won and the Defendant A Co., Ltd. from October 13, 2010.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The dismissal part of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Act, which exceeds the annual 15% of the Plaintiff’s damages for delay after October 1, 2015, are dismissed.
