On January 10, 201, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million at the Ulsan District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and on October 16, 2013, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court.

1. On February 14, 2014, from around 01:10 to around 01:25 of the same day, the Defendant driven CM3 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.17% of alcohol concentration at around 3.5km from the Do located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front road of the modern securities located in Ulsan-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the extent that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration at around 0.17% without a driver’s license.

2. The injured Defendant: (a) was driving a victim D (the age of 23) who was killed with the Defendant at the above time, at the above time and place; (b) did not drive the said SM3 car on the top of the operation of the said SM3 car; and (c) caused injury to the victim by drinking the victim’s face when making it possible for the victim to take about eight weeks of treatment.

3. On February 14, 2014, around 03:00 to 05:00, the Defendant: (a) was investigated by the Ulsannam Police Station in the 2nd Dong-dong, Ulsan Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) had the Defendant made a statement to the Defendant-friendly E-Defendant who was represented by the said SM3 vehicle to conceal the Defendant’s drinking driving and driving without a license; and (c) had the Defendant make a false statement to E.

At around 03:00 to 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant stated that E had a police officer F, who belongs to the Ulsan Southern Police Station, made a telephone conversation with F, and that at around 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant had the said SM3 car had been driven by proxy before modern securities located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and that he had a police officer G and telephone who belongs to the Ulsan District Public Prosecutor’s Office around May 19, 2014, and that he had the said SM3 car represented.
