The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Even if the Defendant received a written notification of the receipt of the trial records from this court on January 24, 2013, the Defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days (the Defendant filed the written statement of grounds for appeal on February 14, 2013, when the lawful period for submitting the written statement of grounds for appeal expires) and the petition of appeal does not contain any reasons for ex officio investigation even if examining the records, and thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided as per the Disposition.
