1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 20,487,171 and KRW 20,487,116 among them, from March 29, 2012 to April 28, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, the portion which is in excess shall be cited by applying 15% per annum from October 18, 2015, the day following the last delivery date of the complaint of this case, among damages for delay, at the rate of delay damages under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and is dismissed.
