The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) on March 10, 2018, the Defendant shows the Victim B (the 43-year-old spouse)’s family members who were his/her spouse around 20:00 (the 43-year-old spouse).
b) Domination of a scarke house;
The victim threatened the victim by sending the Kakao Stockholm to the effect that the Kakao Stockholm was the Chewing Chewing, and the Kakao Stockholm only once every year.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 283(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On May 23, 2018, the injured party B expressed a wish not to punish the Defendant.
