Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
around 06:00 on March 24, 2014, the Defendant boarded CK5 si operated by the victim B (year 66) at the vicinity of the TK5 si located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and arrived at the vicinity of the CK5 sidong in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The defendant refused to leave the taxi for about 40 minutes without paying the taxi fee on the ground that the victim's arrival at his/her destination was infinite.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force.
