The first instance court.
1. The reasons why the court of the trial for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of the first instance lies in the rejection of each description of evidence Nos. 12 and 13 (including each number), which is insufficient to admit the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted by the court of the first instance. The testimony of the witness E of the court of the first instance contrary to the facts recognized by the court of the first instance is the same as the statement of the reasons for the judgment of the court of the first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
