1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 600,000,000 with respect thereto to the Plaintiff, and Defendant B, from January 1, 2017, and March 24, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff, upon introduction by Defendant B, is a stock company D (hereinafter “D”).

(C) each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant land”) in the separate sheet, owned by the Plaintiff, became aware of the actual management of Defendant C.

The subject matter of sale is the sale price of this case: 1,00,000,000 won - The purchaser of this case shall be the purchaser of this case’s land, other than the land of Incheon reinforced Gun, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “G secured land”).

(G) claims secured by the right to collateral security established in G name (hereinafter referred to as “G claims”);

2) The Plaintiff provided the instant land as security on December 31, 2012 (hereinafter “H association-mortgage-backed land”) or “F land” by December 31, 2012.

I.I.D. (hereinafter referred to as “I.D.”)

(i) the secured claim of the nominal right to collateral security (hereinafter “I”) is the claim of the I.S. association.

- The buyer of this case shall pay KRW 600,000,000, which deducts approximately KRW 400,000,000 from the total amount of claims of G and I associations from KRW 1,00,000,000 for the above purchase price. - The buyer of this case shall pay KRW 200,000,000 until December 31, 2012; the remainder of KRW 400,000,000 until January 31, 2013; - The Plaintiff shall complete the registration of ownership transfer on the land of this case to a person designated by the buyer of this case after the completion of the payment of the above purchase price; the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with Defendant C, D, E (hereinafter “E”); and Defendant C, and the buyer of this case as follows with the buyer of this case on November 16, 2012:

(hereinafter “instant trading agreement”). At the time of the conclusion of the instant trading agreement, the H Association’s secured land is against the I Association.
