Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 20, 2011, the Democratic Labor Group for General Traffic Interference held a meeting without filing a report in the name of “worker Games” in front of the chamber of commerce and industry located in the Southern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, on August 17, 2011.
From 17:25 on the same day, 3,00 persons were gathered in the above assembly, and the participants in the assembly moved along the road front line of the 8th line road in solar 8th line, going ahead of the building of Samsung central government and the foreign exchange bank in the direction of the Seoul square, and the police continued to occupy the 8th line lanes from 17:30 to 19:00, and the number of persons participating in the assembly increased by 4,500.
The Defendant, from 17:19 to 17:33 on the same day, was also unable to pass the vehicle due to the following: (a) the Defendant, along with the participants in the assembly and demonstration, together with the flagpoles; and (b) the Defendant, along with the participants in the assembly and demonstration.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and demonstration and interfered with vehicle traffic.
2. On October 28, 201, the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Committee on the Emergency Measures for Agriculture, Fisheries, and Livestock Industry,” held an assembly under the name of “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement” in which the number of people engaged in 2,500 from Oct. 28, 201 to Oct. 13:00 to Oct. 14:25, 201.
