1. The Defendant shall pay 30,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 25% per annum from July 5, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(F) Article 257(1) and Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “The rate of delayed damages shall be 30% per annum, but shall be 25% per annum by the application for correction of the purport of the claim made on May 30, 2016.”
