1. The Plaintiff, indicating the claim, acquired the claim against the Defendants of the Gwangju Bank pursuant to the judgment of 2008Kadan77110, such as the payment order of the Gwangju District Court 2008 tea 9807.
The Plaintiff seeks partial payment of the above assigned claim to the Defendants for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above assigned claim.
