Punishment of the crime
On November 19, 2017, the Defendant was boarding a taxi for business use (B) around 04:35 on November 19, 2017, and moved approximately 20 km from the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C to the front of the D kindergarten located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and did not pay the taxi fee without justifiable grounds.
