1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 25,124,602 and as a result, from January 28, 2015 to October 28, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act:

Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015 to be 15% per annum, part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages is dismissed.
