A In the 19th election of the National Assembly member implemented on April 11, 2012, a person who was the head of the S candidate’s supporters’ association, Defendant B, C, D, and E, without being registered as an election campaign worker, who assists in telephone publicity at the above candidate’s reinforcement liaison office from March 29, 2012 to April 10, 2012 without being registered as an election campaign worker; Defendant F, without being registered as an election campaign worker; and Defendant B, without being registered as an election campaign worker; and Defendant B, without being registered as an election campaign worker; Defendant G, without being registered as an election campaign worker; and Defendant G, without being registered as an election campaign worker; Defendant B, C, D, and E, from April 3, 2012 to the election campaign site; and Defendant H. 2, 2012 to the election campaign site of the said candidate; and Defendant H. 1, 2, 4, 2012 to the election campaign worker’s actual expenses; and

1. Each crime committed by Defendant A;

A. On March 29, 2012, Defendant A provided money and valuables in relation to election campaigns by paying KRW 1.5 million in cash in the name of office operating expenses at the election liaison office of the S candidate in Incheon reinforced Military T on March 29, 2012.

B. On May 8, 2012, Defendant A committed each of the crimes on May 8, 2012, within the numberless multiple vehicles parked at the end of the S candidate's home located in Gyeonggi-do Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on May 8, 2012, Defendant B, C, E, who assisted the telephone promotion activities of the said candidate.
