1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) order the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 9,923,710 and as regards this, it shall be dated 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds for a final judgment: A judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Rules on Legal Interest Rates”) shall be amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, partially dismissed the claim for delay damages.
