When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 3, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.110% during blood transfusions. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at the 1km section from the vicinity of the apartment in the Daejeon East-gu, to the shot road located in the same Gu use movement.
