2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Purport of claim and appeal

A. The parties’ related Plaintiff leased the 2nd roof building of the wooden tank E located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “nickhouse building”) located in Jung-gu, Seoul, and operated accommodation business in the name of “Fnickhouse” at the same place, the following B.

is an insurer which has entered into an insurance contract such as described in the subsection.

Defendant B, from March 201 to March 201, leased a wooden roof building (163.5 square meters in total floor area) in H located in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and a building J (33 square meters in total floor area) in Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City owned by I, and “K” (hereinafter collectively referred to as “K building”). Of the above buildings, “L” is a person who sells mid-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City sales business with the trade name, “K” (hereinafter referred to as “K building”). Of the above buildings, there is a “L signboard” in the J building, which remains in place of a company that had been operated before the towing.

Defendant A is a person who sells household appliances in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City N-owned Building (33 square meters in total floor area) and a roof of the asbestos slate (371.3 square meters in total floor area) located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City owned by theO from around 2005, and sells household appliances with the trade name of “P” (hereinafter the above two buildings collectively referred to as “P building”).

B. Around August 22, 2011, the Plaintiff concluded the following insurance contracts with G (hereinafter “instant insurance contracts”).

- A building (n, inn, inn, inn, inn, inn, inn, inn, inn and/ort, /85 square meters) 130,000,00 for a house of KRW 20,000,00 for a house of KRW 160,000,00 for a house of KRW 10,00,00 for a house of KRW 10,00,000 for a house of KRW 10,00,000 for a house of KRW 160,00,000 for a house of KRW 10,000 for a house of KRW 10,000 for a house of examination to August 22, 2011 to August 22, 2021 (10 years) to which the subject matter of insurance is located;

C. On October 10, 2015, at around 05:07, a fire occurred in the vicinity of the outer walls between the K building and P building, and the occurrence of the fire.
