Punishment of the crime
On September 11, 2012, at approximately 07:20, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.123% at a section of approximately 900 meters in front of the prosperity distance located in the same Dong in the south-gu, Ulsan-gu.
