The defendant is a person who drives a balle vehicle in B.
On August 31, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven the Banb car, while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 1 Km from the front of the Sindong House of Sindong, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon to reach the front of the same Puter apartment, the Defendant driven the said Banb car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.209%.
