도로교통법위반(음주운전)
Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 12:30% during blood, driven Cone Star Sheet in approximately 3 km section from the beginning of the Hanam-si in the Gyeonggi-si to the front of B in the same city.

1. Notification of the results of crackdown on the driving of alcohol, report on the circumstances of the driver of alcoholic beverages, report on the detection of the driver of alcoholic beverages, and application of Acts and subordinate statutes governing alcohol during blood;

Relevant legal provisions concerning criminal facts and Articles 148-2(2)1 and 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act (Selection of a penalty) [ though the principal place of his/her service is serious, there are no criminal records except for those fines of 200,000 won in 190 and 1997; there was no record of driving alcohol; the result of respiratory measurement was 0.187% in 0.187% in pulmonary measurement; the defendant recognized the error and reflects it, etc.];
1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
