1. The defendant received on August 29, 2005 from the old-ro registry office of this court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The indication of claim: On August 20, 2005, the principal defendant made a promise to transfer the ownership of the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the defendant to the plaintiff on August 20, 2005 as a payment in lieu of KRW 100 million against the plaintiff, and the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer was completed on August 29, 2005 by the old registry office of the court of this case as of August 29, 2005.
