The defendant is a person who drives a two-way passenger car.
On July 4, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.127% in front of the Saemaul Bank, due to the high interest rate of Gosi-si in Gosi-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.127% in front of the Saemaul Bank.
