1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from March 1, 2006 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
