The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

On January 18, 2013, the Defendant appealed against the lower judgment and filed an appeal. On February 12, 2013, the fact that the Defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date on which he/she received the notification of the receipt of trial records and the notice of the appointment of a state appointed defense counsel from this court on February 12, 2013 is evident in the records (the submission of the statement of grounds for appeal should be completed later), and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication of the grounds for appeal, and even if examining the records, no reason for appeal can be found ex officio. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4(1) and 3
