1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 78,891,734 as well as KRW 68,854,91 among them, from June 13, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff set the payment period of KRW 50,00,000 on June 30, 2010 to the defendant as June 30, 201, and lent KRW 29,000 on February 28, 2006 to the defendant as February 28, 2007, respectively. The rate of delay damages is 15% per annum, and as of June 12, 2016, the total amount of principal and interest of the loans owed to the defendant is 78,891,734 won (i.e., the principal and interest of KRW 41,894,765 won as of June 30, 2010 (i.e., the principal and interest of KRW 41,894,765 won as of June 30, 2010).
2. If so, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at an agreed rate of 15% per annum from June 13, 2016 to the day of full payment, with respect to KRW 78,891,734 and the total of KRW 68,854,91, which is the day following the calculation of the final damages for delay.
3. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
