Punishment of the crime

A. On October 20, 201, the Defendant, at a D hotel located in Thailand, put approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs Mespoptopphones (hereinafter “copon”) into a glass pipe, put about a smoke generated by heating 0.3g of psychotropic drugs in a glass pipe, and put them into a copon, and administered phiphones in collusion with E.
B. On the same day, the Defendant put about approximately 0.07 gopphones into a single-use injection machine, dilutiond with raw water, and injected them into the arms.
2. Around January 14, 2012, the Defendant administered 0.3 grams in collusion with E in collusion with the F hotel located in a Thailand on January 14, 2012.
3. On June 20, 2012, the Defendant received the international express mail sent by G with approximately 1.2 grams while receiving the said international express mail from the J Post Office located in Suwon-si I at around 08:00, on June 23, 2012.
4. On June 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around June 23, 2012, delivered approximately 1.2 gramopon received to H, without compensation, around the street in the vicinity of the K Building in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) delivered and received approximately 1.2 gramopon received, such as paragraph (3).
5. On August 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received and attempted to receive phiphones from G upon the request referred to in paragraph 3; (b) received and sent by G around August 2, 2012 after concealing approximately 0.89g of phiphones from the J Post located in Young-si I in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (c) intended to receive and deliver the international special mail sent by G; but (d) narcotics investigation officials.
