Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.
Punishment of the crime
On March 24, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment without prison labor for six months in the Incheon District Court for occupational death, and two years of suspended execution for the same year.
4. 1. A person for whom the above judgment became final and conclusive, and a D Co., Ltd. (Representative E) and a seafarer labor contract were to be the captain of F (251 tons, Incheon Registry, and tugboat) owned by the above company.
On October 29, 2014, at around 06:10, the Defendant included the Defendant in F in the Young-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Young-gu, Incheon, the 699-ro YYN, the 3,220 tons of gross tonnage, Incheon loading, and sand gathering and transporting barge).
