The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendant was guilty of the facts charged in the instant case (excluding the portion not guilty of the reasoning of the lower judgment)

In doing so, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the lending of title under Article 34(3) of the Defense Justice, omitting judgment, or inconsistency in the reasoning.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
