[Defendant B] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Defendant

A is the head of "F Child Care Center" as referred to in E and 301 Dong 109 from April 9, 2009, and Defendant B is the child care teacher registered in the above child care center from November 9, 201 to October 31, 2013, and Defendant C is the child care teacher registered in the above child care center from October 26, 201 to November 18, 2013 (period of temporary retirement: from September 1, 2012 to September 1, 2013).

1. As the operating expenses of Defendant A and B were insufficient in the course of operating a child-care center, Defendant B registered Defendant B and the above G as an assistant teacher for child-care centers and infant care center students in a false manner despite the fact that Defendant B took care of G in his/her own residence, and offered to pay KRW 500,000 per month to Defendant B in return.

As above, the Defendants: (a) prepared a false attendance book and attendance book as if Defendant B and G were to work daily and present at the meeting; and (b) submitted the relevant documents to the public for viewing from November 2012 to October 2013; and (c) received childcare teachers subsidies of KRW 17,060,00,000, and child care teachers subsidies of KRW 9,679,260, and KRW 26,739,260, and KRW 26,739,260.

2. As the operating expenses of Defendant A and C were insufficient in the course of operating a child-care center, Defendant C was registered as a child-care center’s infant care worker and planned to pay KRW 200,000 per month to Defendant C in return for a false registration of the above H as a child-care center’s infant care worker, despite the fact that Defendant C was temporarily temporarily retired and cared for her father in his/her residence.

As above, the Defendants prepared a false attendance book as if they were present at a child care center every day, and submitted the relevant documents to the public to the public audience, and received the total child subsidies amounting to KRW 7,521,640 from October 2, 2012 to August 16, 2013 as shown in the attached Table III of Crime List III.
