Reasons

1. The grounds for the court's explanation concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it is difficult to change the facts and judgment acknowledged by the judgment of the court of first instance, even if the evidence examined by this court is presented, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act (it is difficult to change the facts and judgment acknowledged by the judgment of the court of first instance). 2. Accordingly, the defendant's appeal of this case is justified.
