The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at around 23:30 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C (Woo, 57 years of age) with a large amount of sound among approximately 20 minutes before viewing the majority of dong-gu residents, etc., without any reason, at the center operated by the victim B located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the defendant can be acknowledged to have submitted a written withdrawal of the complaint that the victim revokes the defendant's complaint after instituting the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5)
