Judgment of the first instance.
1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for correction and addition as follows. Thus, this is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
The reasoning of the judgment of the first instance court is to correct the “A” No. 5 of the first instance judgment No. 1(b) No. 5 of the same Act as “A No. 2,” and to correct the “A” No. 10 of the same paragraph as “A No. 3,” and the “KA” of the first instance judgment as “Plaintiff”.
B. Following the last sentence of Section 2. C of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance court, the phrase “A” is also the same in light of the entry of Section 7.
2. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
