1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 80,000,000 won and the period from July 31, 2018 to December 7, 2018.
Reasons
Description of Claim
On May 16, 2008, the Plaintiff leased KRW 80,000,00 to Defendant B at the maturity of July 30, 2008 and the delay damages at 20% per annum, and Defendant C guaranteed the above loans.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the above loans KRW 80,000,000 and damages for delay.
