When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results, or directly do such act.

Nevertheless, on December 6, 2012, from around 09:47 to December 22:16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had a view to gaining and gambling money in accordance with the rate of distribution of various sports games offered in advance by the operator by accessing the Internet address “B (title C)” on the offsite; (b) had opened the said website with AD’s “D”; and (c) had a member’s account in the name of the Defendant’s agricultural bank (F); (c) had a new bank I account; (iv) had a bank account; (d) had a bank account (L); (d) had a bank account; (e) had a bank account (L); (e) had a bank account; (e) had a bank account (N); (c) had a total of KRW 3,530,00 on the Internet; and (d) had a deposit of KRW 10,000 on the said website; and (e) had a considerable amount of money deposited in the said website, 2000 times the said game money received by the Defendant.
