1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,10,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 30, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, the creditor is deemed to be the "Plaintiff" and the "debtor" to be the "Defendant."
A person shall be appointed.
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: Application of 12% per annum to the interest rate prescribed by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768).
