On September 3, 2013, around 20:15, the Defendant, at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D (E) in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Annyang-si, as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the price of alcoholic beverages, etc., and ordered the victim to do so, he/she ordered the victim to do so, and he/she acquired alcoholic beverages, etc., totaling KRW 18,00,000, by being provided by the victim.

On September 17, 2013, around 23:38, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price of “H”, alcoholic beverages, etc., at the main point of “H” operated by the Victim G in Ansan-si, Mayang-si; (b) ordered the Victim’s 2 illness, etc.; and (c) obtained and acquired alcoholic beverages, etc. totaling the market price of KRW 26,00 from the Victim.

3. On September 21, 2013, around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost in the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J of the Damage J in Ansan-si, Mayang-si; (b) ordered the victim to do so; (c) ordered the victim to do so; and (d) obtained the victim’s 1stm of beanland equivalent to the market value of KRW 6,00,000 from the victim; and (c) obtained the victim’
