The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On June 17, 2018, at around 10:30, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by using his body satisfe hand in order to fry the victim D(41 years of age) and satisfys from the following stairs located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and to enter C with a view to gaining access to C.
Judgment
