Basic Facts
Formulation of a plan to improve a residential environment improvement and designation of an improvement zone;
1. Title of the rearrangement project: A residential environment improvement project in the Southern-gu where it is net;
4. Not more than five floors, each of which does not apply to the non-high height of the details of the plan classification for the main use, building-to-land ratio, floor area ratio, and floors of buildings;
6. Time scheduled to implement the rearrangement project - From the date of designation and public announcement of the rearrangement zone until 2010;
8. The implementer of the rearrangement project: The Defendant established a master plan for the residential environment improvement project (hereinafter “instant residential environment improvement project” and “project target area” in accordance with the former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 8785, Dec. 21, 2007; hereinafter “former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents”) and applied for the designation of the rearrangement zone to the former Do Governor. The former Do Governor announced “the formulation of the rearrangement plan for the residential environment improvement project and the designation of the rearrangement zone” as follows under Article 206-166 of the former Do Public Notice on November 27, 2006.
The Defendant published a public announcement of the project implementation plan and the amendment of the implementation plan of the residential environment improvement project in this case as to the residential environment improvement project in this case under Article 2010-90 of the Net City Notice No. 2010-80 of August 16, 2012, and publicly notified the amendment of the implementation plan of the residential environment improvement project in Macheon-gu in Macheon-si as of April 16, 2012, the Defendant publicly announced the amendment of the implementation plan of the residential environment improvement project in Macheon-gu in Macheon-si

Period for implementing a rearrangement project: Matters concerning the construction of a building site, building-to-land ratio, volume ratio, height, purpose of use, etc. from July 2010 to December 30, 2012, including the instant building site size, building-to-land ratio, site ratio, height, and purpose of the relevant building, and the formulation of a plan for improving the residential environment improvement project and the designation and announcement of a rearrangement zone (No. 2006-16 of the Jeonnam-do
