2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is the representative director of the fire-fighting system manager interest (qualification on May 31, 1995) under the Fire-Fighting Systems Act (hereinafter “Fire-Fighting Systems Act”) and the fire-fighting system management business under the aforesaid Act (hereinafter “management business”).

B. On November 18, 2016, Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ground D (the underground floor, the 4th floor, the 5th floor area, the 34,689.08 square meters. Complex buildings fall under the specific fire-fighting system laws and regulations; hereinafter referred to as “instant one building”); on January 9, 2017, the total precision inspection was conducted on the E-ground Building (the underground floor, the 4th floor, the 2,454.59 square meters; hereinafter referred to as “instant two buildings”) of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ground D (the 4th floor, the 5th floor area, and the 34,689 square meters area; hereinafter referred to as “the 2nd building”). The Plaintiff, as a fire-fighting system manager, was composed of one main human resources (Plaintiff) and five auxiliary human resources, and the 2nd building directly composed of one main human resources and one auxiliary human resources (the 1st inspector and two auxiliary human resources).

C. On January 2, 2017, the Plaintiff submitted to the chief of Seocho District Office a report on conducting a comprehensive precise inspection of the instant building between December 10, 2016 and December 11, 2016 (hereinafter “the comprehensive precise inspection report of this case”). D.

On February 3, 2017, the Plaintiff submitted a report (hereinafter “the report on the operation function inspection of this case”) on January 9, 2017 to the chief of Suwon chief of the fire station on the instant two buildings.

E. For the following reasons, the defendant is installed in a person related to a specific fire-fighting object in a specific fire-fighting system, etc.
