1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 135,00,000 as well as the interest rate from November 29, 2008 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
