1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,217,582 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 8, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

The judgment on the cause of the claim is that the Defendant supplied the elevator parts manufactured and sold by the Plaintiff to November 24, 2015, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on January 14, 2016, including that “the Defendant shall pay the remaining amount of KRW 39,217,582 to the Plaintiff by installments until August 2016, but if the payment is not made as agreed, the benefit of the time shall be lost.” The fact that the Defendant failed to make payment by installments under the above agreement by the Defendant does not conflict between the parties.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 39,217,582 won of the balance of the above goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 8, 2016 to the day of full payment after the delivery of the payment order of this case to the day of full payment.
2. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
