In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff and the defendants are recognized to share the real estate stated in the attached list according to the share ratio in the attached list.
However, according to the above evidence, according to the building ledger as a building site and its ground building on the attached list, the above ground building seems inappropriate for several persons to divide the above real estate, and there was no agreement between the parties on division of the above real estate, and if the real estate is divided in kind, its economic value will be reduced.
Therefore, it is reasonable to divide the real estate listed in the attached list into the auction and the remaining amount after deducting the auction cost from the price in the attached list according to the share sharing ratio stated in the attached list, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
