In other words, the Defendant received 10,000 won in cash from the victim in the name of application for the reduction of operating expenses from the victim, from that time, from that time to that year.

7. By the end of 22.2, the victims received total of 851,00 won from the victims or attempted total of 14 times as shown in the annexed List of Crimes (1) and exercised their authority by misrepresenting the public official’s qualification.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant: (a) from July 12, 2016 to July 12, 2016 to the 29km section of approximately 29km in front of the house of H located in G in the same movable property at the same time; and (b) from that time, from that time, the Defendant drives an Irocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license.

8. Until July, 17, a motor vehicle was driven without obtaining a driver's license for a total of six times as shown in the annexed crime sight table (2).

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
