A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The Defendants respectively.

1. On March 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on March 23:30, 2012, at the Fju-si E, the Victim G Ha expressed the victim’s desire to offer the victim’s friendship H to the victim’s friendship; (b) and (c) caused the victim’s injury to the part of the victim’s face when the victim’s face was taken up to the victim’s face due to the defect of the claim, and the victim’s injury was incurred for approximately three weeks of treatment.
