As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
