When intending to drive a motor vehicle into the intersection in which traffic is controlled by signal apparatus, no driver of any motor vehicle shall drive the motor vehicle into the intersection where the situation of another motor vehicle in front in his/her direction makes him/her stop the intersection and it is likely to impede traffic of other motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on November 10, 2017, driven C vehicles from the shooting distance of the fire station located in the Si/Gunpo-si on 08:27 on November 10, 2017, committed an act of violating the method of passage through the intersection.
