Reasons

1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: “Korea Maritime Affairs and Appraisal of Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter “Korea Maritime Affairs and Appraisal”) No. 11) No. 1 of the first instance judgment; “Korea Maritime Affairs and Appraisal of Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter “Korea Maritime Affairs and Appraisal”); “2/7”; “2/7” of the 18th class “2/7”; “2/7” of the 18th class “2/7”; “2/7,” respectively; “2/7” under the 12th class No. 4; “12 first class No. 8; and “12 first class and second class No. 8 of the judgment of the first instance court” was as stated in the corresponding part of the judgment of the first instance court; “B/16th class of the deceased’s Maritime Affairs and Appraisal of the deceased; and “B/16th class of the deceased’s heir shares” and “B/14th day of the second instance judgment” (excluding the 5th class).
